The New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner has determined that celebrity chef Anne Burrell’s cause of death was “suicide.”

“Cause of death: Acute intoxication due to the combined effects of diphenhydramine, ethanol, cetirizine, and amphetamine,” the office told Newsweek Thursday in an emailed statement. “Manner of death: Suicide.”
