Former WWE Superstar and UFC legend Ronda Rousey shows off her impressive fitness just six months after giving birth.
Ronda Rousey is already back in top fitness, only six months after having her second child, Liko’ula Pā’ūomahinakaipiha Browne, born on January 9, 2025. She recently posted a video on Instagram where she trained intensely, showing off her strong and fit physique.

In the video, the former WWE Superstar explained that she’s been working hard to recover from her second pregnancy. With help from her nutrition coach and MMA trainers, she has returned to mixed martial arts training.
In her caption, Rousey said how coming into the MMA cage made her feel stronger, healthier, and more stable compared to her first recovery, which involved only regular gym workouts. Rousey mentioned she has found joy in training again and is clearly enjoying her comeback to high-level fitness.
Her recent physical transformation, just months after giving birth, has only added fuel to the speculation. Fans now believe she might be training for an in-ring comeback and are speculating about when she could return to pro wrestling or MMA.
Since leaving WWE in 2023, Ronda Rousey has made several appearances in independent wrestling promotions. However, with her impressive transformation, could the former WWE Superstar be preparing for another run in professional wrestling? It’s not likely, as Rousey has said that she is not looking for a full-time return to wrestling.

In the past, Rousey said she would not return to WWE unless things “drastically changed.” She seemed more open to it after Vince McMahon was removed from the promotion. Last year, she reiterated that she definitely wouldn’t go full-time with WWE again, but said it might be fun to work with her friend and former colleague, Shayna Baszler, again.
