For the first time in 216 days, college football is back. Kind of.
While that is true for a select number of teams on Saturday, most programs across the country begin their road to Miami and Hard Rock Stadium for the national championship game in Week 1 — not in Week 0.

Five college football games make up this year’s Week 0 schedule, with the headliner of Iowa State vs. Kansas State not even taking place in the United States. Instead, the Cyclones and Wildcats are set to face each other at noon ET in Dublin at Aviva Stadium, as part of the Aer Lingus College Football Classic.

Saturday’s slate of college football games will be broadcast nationally across an assortment of channels. You can stream four of the five games — Iowa State vs. Kansas State, Fresno State at Kansas, Sam Houston at Western Kentucky and Stanford at Hawaii — on Fubo, which carries ESPN, Fox, CBS Sports Network and CBS and offers a free trial to new subscribers.
The lone Week 0 game that will not be carried on linear or cable TV will be Idaho State at UNLV for the first game of the Dan Mullen era in Las Vegas: That game will be streamed exclusively on the Mountain West Network.
