Labor Day weekend is the final holiday of the summer and there are tons of fun activities and events for everyone to enjoy, including the Kentucky Flea Market Labor Day Spectacular, the Paristown Labor Day Weekend Show, WorldFest, and more.

Here is a list of things to do around Louisville for the Labor Day weekend, Aug. 29 to Sept. 1:

Friday, Aug. 29

WHAT: Shop at the annual Labor Day Spectacular which will have more than 800 booths filled with quality dealers selling antiques, jewelry, clothes, and more.

WHEN: Aug. 29 and 30, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Aug. 31, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sept. 1, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

WHAT: Louisville’s international festival is one of the most diverse, inclusive, and equitable events in the region, featuring three stages showcasing international, national, regional, and local performers; a vendor village with nearly 150 international-themed arts, crafts, merchandise, and food booths, plus a Global Village, The Parade of Cultures, children’s activity zone and a naturalization ceremony pronouncing more than 300 new Americans to Louisville as new citizens (Aug. 29, 1 p.m., Muhammad Ali Center, 6th floor, 144 N.   • Azi:” During a weekend vacation with her best friend’s family, 17-year-old Azi gets caught up in an unexpected game with another guest.
  • “Hurikán:” Hurikán rushes to save his favorite beer stand from closure by fetching a new keg to impress the bartender he has a crush on.
  • “We Were the Scenery:” In 1975, Hoa Thi Le and Hue Nguyen Che fled from Vietnam by boat and docked in the Philippines, where they were utilized as background extras during the filming of Apocalypse Now.
  • “Debaters:” In a debate chamber, affluent high schoolers argue a bill on minimum wage in an effort to impress two working-class adult judges.
  • “Such Good Friends:” After ending a toxic friendship, a people pleaser finds herself falling into old patterns with her former best friend’s family.
  • “Grandma Nai Who Played Favorites:” During her chaotic family’s Qingming visit, dead Grandma Nai sneaks away from her peaceful afterlife after overhearing that her queer grandson is about to get engaged to a woman.
  • SUSANA:” A middle-aged American tourist finds herself alone in Mexico City. When she encounters a group of young Americans, she jumps at the opportunity for a little adventure.
