Selena Gomez knows exactly what kind of art her future kids will consume when she’s ready.
Indeed, after watching Inside Out 2 with her 13-year-old sister Gracie Teefey, the Only Murders in the Building star thinks it’s so perfect, she’s excited to watch it again one day.
“I just think it’s incredible,” Selena, 33, told Amy Poehler—who stars as Joy in the film—on the Sept. 9 episode of the Good Hang podcast. “I’m going to make my children watch it.”
“I watched it with my sister, and I completely sobbed,” Selena added. “Because it is so factual. I am so fascinated with the human mind. And it would break my heart, and my sister watched it, and she started crying.”
Amy couldn’t agree more adding about her excitement for Selena’s future children, adding, “I know they don’t exist yet, but I can’t wait to see them.”
When considering her role as a mom, Selena also shared how that time in her life will affect the generosity she extends to the public, leading her to protect her “energy.”
