Former WWE Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey has been putting in the work after giving birth to her second child.
Ronda Rousey announced the birth of her and ex-UFC star Travis Browne’s second child Liko’ula Pā’ūomahinakaipiha Browne, back in January 2025.
Now taking to social media, Ronda Rousey has shown off her incredible physical transformation since then and revealed she’s been back in the cage training MMA:
Here’s a little update on how the post baby recovery is going 💪🏼 thank you @dangarnernutrition for helping me reclaim my bodily identity from my 2nd pregnancy 🙏🏼 thank you @rickylundell @babyfacebenoit @abletowill and @aj_mma for gettin my ass back in a cage again👊🏼
Please reserve your judgement for my messy room and smeared mirror, I just had a baby and am too tired to clean that sh*t upI’ve heard recovery for the 2nd baby is easier than the first so maybe it’s partially due to that, but being able to train MMA again made such a huge difference this time – like my joints feel tighter and I just feel healthier and more sturdy compared to just doing regular gym lifting/cardio workouts like I did to recover from my first pregnancy.
It’s been a blast finding joy in training again, I missed it, my body missed it.
Will Ronda Rousey Return To WWE?
In 2024, Ronda Rousey ruled out ever returning to WWE, branding the company a “sh*tshow.” By the end of her most recent run with the company, she was said to have “despised” disgraced WWE boss Vince McMahon while having little time for management outside of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.
However, it was noted that Rousey could still make her return to WWE at some point, but with her back training in MMA, there might be many fans hoping they could see the dominant star back in UFC again.
